Mewz in the Mountains was scheduled for late August in the Breathitt Co. community of Hardshell. Then came the flood of the night of July 28. The festival has been postponed, but that hasn't stopped Crystal from organizing musical performance on behalf of flood relief. She shares details. LISTEN
