If ever the phrase “new normal” had real meaning, it’s now as we begin to peek into what possibly could be a post-pandemic future. Busy figuring out what that looks like for our work-lives, work-places and cultures are faculty and researchers at the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. Joining us from the Gatton College is Joe Labianca, whose research focuses on understanding interpersonal conflict in social networks and how our perceptions of organizational change and justice are affected by our network connections. He is joined by Brad Patrick, Executive-in-Residence at Gatton. Patrick brings to the discussion 33 years of experience as a top-level human resource executive at Frito-Lay/PepsiCo, Delta Air Lines, Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee Corporation, Tempur Sealy International, Shearer’s Snacks, and Valvoline.
