The debut of our new series of ten-minute radio plays based on locally written scripts, acted and directed by local talents. Actor Emmanuel Thurman delivers "Jockey Jim", excerpted from the full-length play by Louisville playwright Larry Muhammad who offers and introduction. Produced under the direction of Patrick Mitchell, the play tells the story of Jimmy Winkfield, the last of the great Black American jockeys.
