The Coalition to Sustain the Education Profession was created byThe Kentucky Association of School Administrators in 2022 to study a workforce crisis in education and provide recommendations. Membership of the coalition includes educators, business leaders, nonprofit and association leaders, state legislators, and members of the Kentucky executive branch, including Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman. Speaking with Tom Martin on behalf of the Coalition are Livingston County Schools Supt. David Meinshein and Hardin County Schools Superintendent Terrie Morgan.
