Carey Johnson is Cooperating Technical Partner Program Manager for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Member of FEMA’s Technical Mapping Advisory Council; lead for TMAC’s Increasing Flood Insurance subcommittee. Serves on the KY State Hazard Mitigation Council, KY LiDAR/orthoimagery steering committee, FEMA Community of Practice steering committee, state lead for KY’s Silver Jackets initiative, and Chair of the Kentucky Association of Mitigation Managers.
